Tulle Tutu

1 hour + 20 inches of elastic + 10 whip stitches + 9 (yes 9) yards of tulle = 1 happy fairy princess in a giant tulle tutu

I used Grosgrain's simple tutorial, and recycles the tulle from my Halloween costume (I was a ghost).  Voila!  A happy munchkin.
